New Uncooled Long Range Thermal Weapon Sight

Telefunken RACOMS showcased its new XACT th70 uncooled long range thermal weapon sight (TWS) at this year’s KSK Symposium.

The company offers a wide variety of accurate and high-resolution tactical TWS, available with uncooled or cooled technology. From low-weight uncooled TWS up to cooled TWS with a very high reconnaissance range, Telefunken RACOMS is covering all operational scenarios.

The new XACT th70 uncooled tactical TWS for day/night operations with highly precise targeting capability weighs less than 1,000 grams. The TWS is equipped with standard adapter for Picatinny rails, designed for x5-x18 scopes, enabling quick release.

The sight is for team operations, and offers a video net kit that consists of video recording (three hours of video) and is able to connect the shooter to HQ via WiFi and Bluetooth.

It has the ability to work continuously for eight hours on four AA batteries and has a human target detection of 2,500m and a human target recognition of 1,000 metres
