SignalShark offers impressive RF detection.

Narda’s SignalShark spectrum analyser was on show at this year’s GPEC police equipment exhibition being held in Frankfurt between 20th and 22nd February.

Spanning an eight kilohertz to eight gigahertz waveband, the product boasts 40 megahertz of instantaneous bandwidth across that waveband in real time. The SignalShark can, in turn, be connected to an external electronic support measure which can then provide detailed analysis of the signals collected by the system, which can also demodulate digital and analogue RF (Radio Frequency) transmissions.

Officials representing Narda attending the exhibition told MONS that the SignalShark has been procured by a number of undisclosed organisations since the product’s launch, and that it is being used for signals classification. It has also found use as a tool to determine sources of RF interference.
