Volvo has delivered hundreds of trucks to the Swedish Armed Forces for several years, and now it is taking the next step with a major order for 300 flatbed trucks with an option for an additional 200 vehicles
The latest order from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration aims to support the growth of the Swedish Armed Forces. The trucks from Volvo Defense, a business unit within Volvo Group, will help meet the need to transport materiel and supplies to units around Sweden.

The order includes 300 units of the Volvo FMX 6×6 flatbed truck with tarpaulin cover and tail lift, with an option for an additional 200 vehicles. The Volvo FMX 6×6 is a robust truck adapted for tough conditions both on and off the road.
