TECNOLOGIA MILITAR was founded in 1978. It is one of the world’s leading international tri-service defence journals in the Spanish language. Articles in the Portuguese language are also regularly published.
TECNOLOGIA MILITAR provides information on defence and security matters with a specific emphasis on the political, economic and operational conditions of Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula. The requirements of the armed forces of the almost 30 Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries of the world are growing in importance, both strategically and economically.
The defence industries of the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries are developing strongly and are achieving ever greater independence from the other industrialised nations. TECNOLOGIA MILITAR is argueably the only defence technology journal in Spanish of international reputation, significance and relevance. Every edition of TECNOLOGIA MILITAR will offer special editorials and sections of general and industrial news, with an emphasis on the Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries.
