TB Forum 2018 Shows 30% Growth

International Safety & Security Technologies Attract Widespread Support

The International Security & Safety Technologies conference, TB Forum 2018, took place in Moscow 13-15 February, showing growth of 28% in the number of exhibitors and 30% in the number of preregistered delegates and visitors. With a new level of exposition, a powerful conference programme and a significant number of pre-arranged meetings between suppliers and buyers, TB Forum has made its mark on the international scene.

The largest meeting of its kind for security leaders in Russia, TB Forum addresses the technology interests and requirements of a variety of industries, from transport and urban infrastructure to the financial and retail sectors. Total exhibitors grew by 28% for the 2018 event, coming from 85 regions of Russia and CIS countries. Pre-registered delegates and visitors grew by over 30%, according to the organisers, and assembled to listen to a grand total of 228 speakers, featuring the largest buyers as well as regulators, developers and experts in the multiple domains under discussion.

The event also featured a special ‘business match-making’ programme, bringing together regulators, buyers, integrators and solution partners to focus on the features of procurement models, specific requirements and innovative technologies. TB Forum 2019 will take place in Moscow 12-14 February 2019.

The International ‘Security & Safety Technologies’ Forum is one of the key annual events that brings together government officials, industry organisations and technology companies involved in the security sector of the country’s infrastructure….. Asteros Group traditionally participates in this forum, and one of the main reasons is the detailed conference programme, professional and interesting audience and high level of organisation. Coordinated work, positive attitude and the high level set by the organisers are three components of TB Forum’s success,” explained Asteros Group’s Deputy General Director for Business Development, Vladimir Shelepov.
