TAC30 Touchscreen CPU launches new generation of Intercomp Wireless Aircraft Scale Indicators

TAC30 CPU. (Intercomp)

The TAC30 CPU comes in a self-contained, weather-resistant, hardened case

Operating aircraft scales just became easier with the TAC30 CPU from Intercomp. With its touchscreen display and user-friendly interface, the rugged wireless indicator and control unit allows aircraft scale operators to remotely manage weighing, generate tickets, and fully control scale functions.

Intercomp’s TAC30 CPU featuring touchscreen controls can collect and store critical weight and balance data. The TAC30 layout clearly displays the scale positions relative to key features like the landing gear and jack points, making it much easier for operators to understand what’s happening.Total weight is displayed on a 7-inch color touchscreen screen for zero, arm length and center of gravity computation, allowing for seamless integration to existing weight and balance processes. Additionally, its on-board printer generates a report of all weight and C.G. related data, while millions of records can be stored in on-board memory and exported via TCP and USB ports.

RFX wireless technology in the TAC30 allows communication with up to 32 scales with line of-sight connectivity up to 300ft (90m) via cable-free remote connection. The TAC30 is a powerhouse device featuring RFX technology, a durable hardened case for portability, a touchscreen interface, the ability to generate and store reports, and an integrated lithium battery.
