CV100 Cellular Video Recorder Designed for Tactical Missions

MIB Electronic’s CV100 miniature Tactical Cellular Video Recorder has been designed for mission-critical surveillance and other tactical missions and with special forces firmly in mind, according to the company.

Billed as “the multitool for special forces,” the CV100 allows for live streaming of multimedia information (for example video, audio, GPS-position, sensor data etc.) via a mobile network from anywhere (within cellular network coverage) to any other location with an IP connection. In addition, it enables autonomous operation in a pre-prrammed mission, based on its situational awareness capabilities. It can be set up to execute scheduled and real-time event-driven tasks.

Using the Video Control System (VCS) software running on a Windows PC, the user has the option to remotely monitor and gain full control of the CV100 – as well as of other peripheral devices. Multimedia information can be stored on the device’s integrated smart-DVR, with the VCS allowing retrieval of data remotely enabling the operator to delete and format the device if necessary.
