Systematic Solution Provides Component of Army Common Operating Environment
Systematic’s COTS-based C4I solutions, SitaWare, has been selected by US Army Mission Command to provide the service with a C2 function that provides enhanced situational awareness at all levels of command and facilitates greater security and collaboration.
“SitaWare meets most of the Army’s C4I requirements straight out-of-the-box,” Systematic President Rafael Torres, explained. He highlighted SitaWare’s open architecture which allows for integration with legacy and third party systems, adding: “It also has built-in support for international information exchange standards, providing unmatched interoperability with international allies and intra-operability between US forces.”
SitaWare becomes a key component of the Army Common Operating Environment and the company states it will work with Army Mission Command and industry partners “to develop a common framework to enhance intra-operability between US and coalition partners.”
