Flagship CLARUS PRO made smaller
Silynx, exhibiting at SHOT Show on booth #7310, have been hard at work during the year, leveraging its expertise in tactical in-hear headsets for military and law enforcement to expand its offering. In addition to Silynx’s flagship CLARUS PRO ruggedised electronic hearing protection and noise cancelling headset, the company is also displaying the new CLARUS PRO Lite – derived from the CLARUS PRO for the more price conscious shooter – and the CLARUS hSE for use on headgear and hardhats.
The CLARUS PRO is a unique noise cancelling, hearing protection headset system designed to meet the needs of today’s active headset user, according to the company. Silynx leveraged its combat proven technologies to defy the convention that electronic hearing protection must be big and bulky or small and fragile.
“CLARUS PRO is low-profile and environmentally ruggedised to withstand dirt, mud, water, shock, vibration, and any element that would overcome other headsets,” the company says. “It provides active hearing protection (NRR 25), hear-thru capability for situational awareness, and cellphone/mobile audio connectivity.”
Silynx broad range of products, including the CLARUS XPR and CLARUS FX2 family of systems, are on display at SHOT Show 2017.
