Saab is showcasing a selection of advanced netcentric warfare capabilities at Defense & Security Thailand 2023 exhibition, including the Gripen fighter, Airborne Early Warning, Naval Combat Systems, RBS 70 NG Ground Based Air Defence system, Ground Combat Weapon Systems and leading modern training systems.
“The bi-annual Defense & Security exhibition is ASEAN’s leading land, sea, and air defence exhibition. The fact that it is a Tri-Service event is exciting as it allows Saab to showcase our broad defence portfolio,” said Fredrik Lindblom, Head of Saab Thailand. “New to this year’s show is that we are presenting Gripen E, which I am really thrilled about and confident it will attract some great attention,” he added.
Thailand is one of Saab’s most important customer countries, with a wide array of Saab products in service across every branch of the Royal Thai Armed Forces. Thailand’s netcentric warfare capability with Gripen C and Erieye AEW from Saab is one of the very few complete systems actually operational anywhere in the world.
