Wide Spectrum of Experience and Business Leadership Skills
The Supervisory Board of RENK Group – a leading manufacturer of engines, transmissions and hybrid drives – announced the appointment of Niklas Beyes as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Group on 7 December. The appointment takes effect on 1 January 2022. Beyes succeeds Winfried Vogl, who will retire at the end of the year after serving almost 14 years in key positions at RENK.
Beyes is an operational CFO, who has spent the last 15 years in the automotive supply industry, where he led various transformations and strategy programmes for global companies such as BROSE, FTE automotive, SKF and Schaeffler. With over 20 years of management experience in a broad range of commercial functions, IT, purchasing and operations, he brings relevant industry and capital market experience to RENK, as well as business leadership.
“Mr Beyes’ impressive track record and expertise, combined with his experience in helping transform businesses to drive growth and value, made him the ideal choice to be our new CFO. We look forward to working together as we continue to drive the positive future development of RENK,” commented Claus von Hermann, on behalf of the Supervisory Board. “We would like to thank Mr Vogl not only for his contribution in his role as CFO in recent months, yet also for his engagement and commitment throughout his entire career at RENK,” he added.
