Milipol 2017: Rafael Cyber Defends CCR of Bank Of Israel

Rafael’s expertise in the Cyber domain detailed

 

Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd. has been selected to supply a cyber defence solution for the Bank of Israel’s national Central Credit Register (CCR).

This follows the Bank of Israel’s announcement to contract with Matrix IT on the issue of characterisation, design, establishment, operation and maintenance of the national credit data sharing system of the Bank. As part of this project, Matrix IT contracted Rafael to supply the cyber defence system for this national infrastructure. Rafael will supply risk assessment, design, establishment, operation and maintenance of the integrated cyber defence system.

Rafael’s expertise in the Cyber domain lie in its ability to integrate and lead complex, large-scale cyber projects. “We are proud to be in the forefront of the effort to protect and defend Israel and its national organisations and infrastructure from cyber attacks, and we look forward to continued cooperation with Matrix IT,” Brig.Gen. (ret.) Ariel Karo, Head of Rafael’s Intelligence and Cyber Directorate, said.
