Francesco Della Mora VP Sales & Marketing EMEAI
Peli Products continues its process of organisational transformation to implement its growth ambitions (see recent announcement here), in appointing Francesco Della Mora as VP Sales & Marketing EMEAI, with effect from 1 April.
In his new role, Della Mora will report directly to Piero Marigo, President of International Business EMEAI, Asia and Australia. Since 2015, Della Mora has been Director of Sales for Continental Europe, a role in which he achieved a 30% increase in sales, while building long-lasting customer relationships. “With Francesco’s success in both executive sales and operational roles, we can maximise his impact on our business by placing full ownership of sales and marketing under his proven leadership,” said Marigo.
Restructuring of the sales department to support ongoing expansion include the promotion of Stefan Wolf to Director of Sales, Western Europe, Piotr Marciniak to Director of Sales, Central & Eastern Europe (both reporting to Della Mora) and Robert Hellmig to Regional Sales Manager D/A/CH (reporting to Wolf). Paul Bates, Senior Director of Sales UK and Emerging Markets, and Estefania Fenoy, Marketing and Communications Director for EMEAI, now report to Della Mora.
