Air Force Veteran Steps Into New Role

Kari Renko has been appointed Executive VP Strategic Programmes for Patrial Group, with effect from 11 January, reporting to Patra President & CEO, Esa Rautalinko.

Renko retired as Chief of Finnish Defence Forces Logistics in the rank of Major General last year, having served in several positions, particularly with the Air Force, in both Finland and the US. Previous management positions included serving in Karelia Command, at Air Force headquarters and with Air Force Materiel Command. He also served as Deputy Defence Attaché in Washington and earned an MSc in aeronautical engineering.
