Brazilian Airframer Makes Compelling International Statement
Embraer is using the occasion of the 2019 Paris Air Show to make a bold statement on having achieved half a century in business. The Brazilian company will showcase state-of-the-art and legacy aircraft in both static displays and flight demonstrations.
From a defence and security perspective, the star of the Embraer show will surely be KC-390 multi-mission transport/tanker – a programme on which MON will shortly make a separate report. In addition the A-29 SUPER TUCANO light attack and training aircraft will be making a welcome reappearance at Le Bourget. On the commercial aviation side, Embraer will showcase its latest second-generation regional airliner, the E195-E2 and the PRAETOR 600 super-midsize executive jet.
The five decades of development that characterise and delineate Embraer’s path to its current series of achievements will be recalled for visitors in a pavilion dedicated to exhibit – in an area of 300 sq m and on a 14m-wide LED panel – detailed information and images covering the most striking moments of that half century.
