Orbit Communication Systems, a global provider of maritime and airborne SATCOM terminals, tracking ground station solutions, and mission-critical airborne audio management systems, has secured three contracts valued at €33.7 ($36.7) million, solidifying its position in the defence market.
In particular, the company will supply the Israeli Ministry of Defence with advanced communication systems under a contract valued at approximately €15.2 ($16.6) million.
Additionally, the US Air Force awarded Orbit a €15,1($16.5) million frame contract to upgrade, service, and maintain its Orbit’s Airborne Digital Audio System (ADAS) communications management systems in KC-135 aircraft. The agreement spans an additional 60 months.
Furthermore, Orbit received a €3.3($3.6) million order from a leading European integrator for satellite communication systems for naval military platforms. The order includes the OceanTRx4 systems, which will provide continuous broadband satellite connectivity to a prominent European fleet starting in 2026.
Daniel Eshchar, CEO of Orbit, commented: “Securing these three contracts reaffirms the acknowledgment of our technology’s reliability and superior performance. The increasing demand for advanced communication solutions across diverse applications emphasises the significance of our work, inspiring us to intensify our efforts in the coming year.”
