COTS, MilCOTS and Tactical Vehicles for DLA Troop Support
The US Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has awarded Navistar Defense a contract, valued at $82.3 million (€75.5 million) for the Troop Support Heavy Equipment Procurement Program (HEPP). The five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract allows the company to compete for the commercial truck and trailer requirements of DLA Troop Support.
Under the terms of the contract, Navistar Defense offers the following International Trucks brand commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) truck variants:
• MV medium-duty truck
• HV severe-duty truck
• HX severe-duty truck
• RH heavy-duty truck
• LT heavy-duty truck
