Saab Will Supply Weapons and Munitions Through 2027

Saab has signed framework agreements with the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) covering the Carl-Gustaf M4 weapon system and the AT4 anti-armour weapon. The NSPA has also placed call-off orders with a total value of approximately SEK 350 million (US$33.5 million).

Deliveries for Carl-Gustaf ammunition are planned for 2023-2025 and for AT4 in 2023-2024. The Carl-Gustaf agreement, which also covers ammunition, will be valid until 2027, while that covering the AT4 will be valid through 2026. Görgen Johansson, head of the company’s Dynamics business area, stated “These framework agreements will further strengthen our relations with NATO and facilitate the order process for Carl-Gustaf and AT4 for its members”.
