240 systems sold globally
During DSA 2018, held 16-19 April in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Croatia’s Dok-Ing displayed its MV-4 Mine Clearance system. Luka Petro, Account Manager at Dok-Ing told MONCh that the company has sold 240 systems globally with 120 of those to the US, with other international clients including Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Sweden and Russia among others.
Mr Petro said that however the MV-4 has yet to be purchased by countries in South East Asia though it is hoped that the participation in DSA 2018 will lead towards a sale in the region. The MV-4s primary clearance tool is a steel flail and other attachments can be added. The other attachments are a tiller, a roller, a gripper and a dozer blade. The vehicle can be operated from 1.5km distance with line of sight.
