Bittium exhibits its newest products and solutions for authority and soldier communications on booth #B089, showcasing the secure and strong Bittium Tough Mobile 4G/LTE smartphone and the related Bittium Secure Suite back-end system that have received official Confidential level encryption product classification as the first smartphone based solution in the world, according to the company.

Furthermore, the company exhibits a selection of different special accessories and software solutions that have been designed for demanding police and military use cases. Bittium‘s Tactical Wireless IP Network (TAC WIN) software defined radio (SDR) based system is also demonstrated. It makes it possible to flexibly form link, point-to-multipoint, and MANET (Mobile Ad Hoc Network) connections for broadband data transfer.

Additionally, showcased is the new Bittium Tough SDR product family meant for tactical communications, which includes Bittium Tough SDR Handheld, tactical handheld radio for individual soldiers, and Bittium Tough SDR Vehicular, tactical radio for vehicle installations and the versatile Bittium Tough Comnode terminal.
