First Three of Six Aircraft Arrive from Poland
After the official formal delivery ceremony (story here), the first three MH-60M BLACKHAWK helicopters destined for the Chilean Air Force have been delivered. An Antonov An-124 arrived from Poland at II Air Brigade Pudahuel on 22 July, carrying three of the six aircraft on order from manufacturer PZL Mielec, a Sikorsky subsidiary.
When all six have been delivered, the service’s fleet of MH-60Ms will total seven aircraft.
The contract follows nine GM 200 MM/C radars previously ordered in 2019
