Land Forces 2018: Making Tracks in Australia

Soucy Defence Division Exhibits Composite Rubber Track System

Soucy’s Defence Division will be exhibiting its Composite Rubber Track (CRT) system for the first time in Australia during Land Forces 2018 in Adelaide in early September.

The company is eyeing the LAND 400 programme in particular as a target for its innovative CRT solution. It believes the CRT has the potential for significantly improving armoured vehicle performance which, combined with almost 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and innovating, make a compelling case for consideration.

Soucy CRT solutions are installed on vehicles worldwide, ranging from 6-45t in weight. Operational advantages such as reduced life-cycle cost, improved situational awareness and a reduced logistics footprint will undoubtedly be highlights of the conversations company officials expect to hold in Adelaide, as will the results of the trials recently conducted by the British Ministry of Defence.
