Regional Scalable Sovereign Sustainment Framework

iXblue, headquartered in France and Florida-based L3Harris Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at strengthening iXblue’s support system throughout the Australasian region, the companies announced on 9 October.

iXblue has supplied its inertial navigation systems (INS) and subsea technology to many customers in the Australasian region, including the Royal Australian Navy (RAN), for over a decade. As its regional customer base continues to grow, the company now seeks to expand its regional support network and is investing in Australian industrial capability. iXblue has identified L3Harris as a highly capable regional support partner. Together, the companies aim to deliver a scalable sovereign sustainment framework for the iXblue products used by the Australian Defence Force, as well as a greater support capacity in general for iXblue customers throughout Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
