Tru-Vision and Evergreen Optimise Tactical Advantage
Meprolight’s booth at IWA Outdoor Classics in Nürnberg next week (booth# 3-426) will feature two new innovative products being formally unveiled at the show: the Mepro Tru-Vision, an ultimate red-dot sight for optimal tactical advantage; and the Mepro Evergreen, a super-bright, LED-based illuminated pistol sight for day and night applications.
The Tru-Vision sight has a built-in light sensor and an automatic/manual brightness control system that enables clear visibility of the red dot in any lighting conditions; a combination of an integral motion sensor and configurable sleep time (preset) of 4-8 hours, saving power for extended operation; non-reflective optics with no light signature toward the target; improved, a rugged MIL-SPEC mounting mechanism; and a protected three-button control keypad. Its compact, lightweight design addresses the need for co-mounting several tactical devices on weapon rails (e.g. – magnifier, laser pointer, NVGs, etc.)
The innovative Mepro Evergreen pistol sight uses micro super-bright LED light sources inserted into both front and rear housings, to ensure a clear, sharp illuminated three-dot picture. It contains no hazardous materials, and complies with applicable European standards.
