IAI will present a wide range of ground-breaking systems at the IDEX and NAVDEX 2025 exhibition

As part of the Middle East’s largest defense exhibition, which takes place from 17-21 February, the best of the company’s systems will be presented, including air defense, remotely-crewed aircraft, and satellite systems, naval combat suites, and a variety of sensors including radars, electro optics, and Electronic Warfare, while deepening partnerships and business activities in the region.

Boaz Levy, IAI’s President and CEO: “We look forward to participating in this important exhibition in Abu Dhabi, where we will present our systems across air, sea, land and space, showcasing the latest innovative technologies developed to address current and future challenges in the various theaters of operation. Our participation underscores our commitment to our partners in the Gulf countries as we work together to promote innovation, progress and technological creativity while harnessing these values to create a promising future for the region. We look forward to meeting with existing and prospective clients to expand upon existing partnerships and explore new opportunities.

In the field of air defense, IAI will present the „Barak ER“ – an advanced air and missile defense system that enables fire-optimization and threat management; the ER interceptor missile is launched vertically and includes a booster engine, a two-pulse rocket engine, and an advanced radar-homing warhead with a range of 150km. Barak ER is part of IAI’s family of air-defense interceptors designed to intercept various systems at different ranges.

In addition, advanced systems will be presented to detect threats in all theaters – whether on land, in the air, at sea, or in space – that provide solutions to existing challenges. OPTSATis an observation satellite with electro-optical capabilities that enable unique data collection and processing to rapidly acquire high-resolution images. This satellite crosses borders, providing the high-resolution imagery essential for real-time intelligence, ground-activity monitoring, damage assessment and threat detection; theMMR radar – one of the most operationally-used radar systems in the world – is a multi-tasking radar that provides a real-time, high-quality situational image. This radar can simultaneously identify and classify hundreds of targets, detecting UAVs, missile barrages, rockets and new threats in the arena, and supporting air-defense systems; theMPA maritime patrol aircraft –provides a comprehensive maritime scene image for tactical and strategic missions: whether Search & Rescue, maritime policing, environmental monitoring, surface and anti-submarine warfare; EW NAVAL – a system that combines sensors and jammers, comms-ESM, radar-ESM and EW/ECM, to provide an up-to-date situational picture; Heron MK 2 – a UAV adapted for flying at medium altitudes for long ranges, and for carrying out tactical and strategic missions, that can  simultaneously carry a variety of missiles designed for a wide range of tasks. ALPHA RADAR – a multipurpose AESA digital radar system designed for modern naval combat ships; SCORPIUS T – a pilot training system for dealing with advanced air-defense systems; and „ZMAG“ – an advanced terrain-reconnaissance vehicle designed for various complex land-based missions, on which defense systems against drones are installed.
