Simple Cost-effective Solution in Operational Service
Invisio has received what it describes as “a major order” for its intercom system, valued at SEK13 million ($1.3 million) from a European NATO member.
This is a significant reference order for the new intercom system, and the company anticipates the possibility of further major orders. The systems are to be delivered during Q3/2022. “The order confirms our assessment that the Intercom system will generate considerable revenue in the not-too-distant future. There is great interest in the new system and several evaluation projects are currently in progress among customers,” stated Lars Højgård Hansen, CEO.
The new intercom solution enables simple, effective internal communication in vehicles, boats and helicopters, at a cost far lower than that of traditional solutions. It enables users to connect to the vehicle’s communication network, communicating with the driver and other passengers in a far simpler way than previously possible.
It is already used in operational environments, and several customers have certified it for use in Black Hawk helicopters – significant for the solution’s credibility.
