Facial Recognition Technology: Digital Barriers demonstrates its non-consensual Facial Recognition and sterile zone analytics monitoring solution, SmartVis, for protection of sensitive sites and access control. For use in crowded spaces and public places, the new technology is capable of using stand-off cameras to identify people against watch-lists – for example scanning a crowd for a suspected terrorist – and can also harvest faces for future analysis. The technology can also be utilised remotely on smart-devices so that security personnel are able to identify potential suspects against watch-lists whilst on the ground.
Body-Worn Cameras: Digital Barriers’ technology offers live streaming and situational awareness, combined into a common operating picture, for commanders and users alike. The solution utilises EdgeVis Live video streaming technology, which uses 60% less bandwidth than standard technologies.
