From Logistics Through Complex MRO to Training Support
Belgium’s ILIAS Solutions, which styles itself as the provider of “the only commercial-off-the-shelf software for defence,” has opened a new subsidiary in Melbourne, Australia, allowing the company to better serve its growing customer base in Asia-Pacific, supporting defence authorities to enhance preparedness and mission readiness.
Serving customers in the region since 2018, the company welcomed the Indonesian Air Force into the ILIAS community last year, when the service implemented a fleet management solution for its F-16 fleet. This year, ILIAS Solutions anticipates delivering F-35 fleet management to the Royal Australian Air Force. The company offers advanced software solutions to support commanders in doing more with less. Its Defense Platform – a proven force multiplier – embraces the entire defence value chain, aligning operations and training with maintenance, supply and procurement. The software suite assures effective process execution, captures key information and enables commanders to manage their capabilities in in line doctrine and within budget constraints.
“Establishing ourselves in Australia is a milestone in the development of ILIAS Solutions. Growing our defence business, in military aviation in particular, requires us to be closer to our APAC partners and customers,” explained CEO, Jean-Pierre Wildschut.
