Bespoke Marine Craft for Highly Specialised Conditions
UAE-based ASIS Boats is returning to IDEX 2017 in Abu Dhabi, aiming to showcase its rigid inflatable marine craft to an international audience. “We anticipate a good reception for our new products – the new features, exceptional performance and the ability ASIS Boats has to create bespoke marine craft for highly specialised conditions makes our solution-driven offer highly attractive for the sector…. We are able to showcase our latest innovations on an international platform,” said Roy Nouhra, Founder, company President.
Following the success of the ASIS Amphibious RIBs 7.1 and 6.1m, and in response to popular demand, ASIS Boats has just enlarged its amphibious range and released the 8 and 9.8m amphibious RIBs, equipped with the SEALEGS amphibious system which consists of motorised, retractable and steerable wheels, powering the boat with off-water capabilities. The entire system is marinised and stays completely out of the water while underway, meaning there is no compromise in on-water performance.
A 12m military ASIS RIB Boat with foam tube, powered by twin 200hp 4-stroke outboard diesels will be available for live on-water demonstrations for visitors from the dock edge grandstand adjacent to NAVDEX.
ASIS has sold its boats to more than 80 countries worldwide, where they operate in a variety of sectors including defence and security missions.
