Integrated Logistic Support and Technology Migration

Elettronica and Etimad Holding have signed a strategic partnership to establish an integrated logistic support (ILS) hub in the UAE for EW systems.

Etimad and its subsidiaries will provide repair and maintenance of Elettronica EW systems on an exclusive basis and will leverage its networks and connections to market the Italian group’s products in-country. Moreover, both parties will jointly cooperate in developing local capabilities around system integration and command and control of ELT’s sensor and actuators.

Khalid Al-Ali, Etimad CEO, added “By signing this agreement, Etimad expands its strategic partnership with purpose to add in-country value to [the] UAE. This agreement is [the] first milestone [in] a long-term strategic cooperation between Elettronica and Etimad.”
