Historic First Appearance in Dubai
Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) is attending CyberTech Week in Dubai, 5-7 April, (the largest networking event for the cyber industry outside the US), focusing on promoting communication and cooperation with local government agencies, defence forces, industries and academia, in order to further expand its regional activity in the region.
IAI’s participation directly follows the signing of the Abraham Peace Accords between Israel and the UAE. Since then, IAI has agreed an MoU with Group 42, to fight the COVID-19 virus, and one with EDGE Defense, to cooperate on regional defence solutions. IAI leads the Israeli Cyber Companies Consortium (IC3), and the Israeli Aviation Cyber Companies Consortium (IAC3). Both consortia were established under the auspices of Israel’s Ministry of the Economy to create comprehensive holistic cyber solutions for national defence and commercial aviation.
“IAI delivers solutions in the cyber domain to customers worldwide, in addition to our vast portfolio in space, air, land sea and HLS. Over the past year, throughout the COVID-19 crisis in particular, we saw increased demand for cyber security solutions, for enterprises, critical infrastructures, governments and nation states. [At CyberTech IAI will] showcase our cybersecurity products and solutions, for national-level cyber resilience. We are developing unique and advanced cyber solutions for intelligence, monitoring, identification and accessibility. IAI sees CyberTech as an opportunity to share our knowledge, best practices and solutions, and strive together for a safer and cyber secure world,” declared IAI President & CEO, Boaz Levy.
