Joint Project (JP) 2030 Joint Command Support Environment (JCSE) Phase 8 Sustainment contract
Leidos Australia has been awarded the Joint Project (JP) 2030 Joint Command Support Environment (JCSE) Phase 8 Sustainment contract to the value of A$55 million. Following successful contract negotiations, and subsequent delegate approval, the contract was formally signed on 26 October 2016 with Joint Systems Division of the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) at the Leidos Australia headquarters in Canberra.
The JCSE is a system that is used by Headquarters Joint Operations Command (HQJOC) to manage Australian Defence Force operations and major Joint and Coalition Exercises.
Leidos Australia have been providing a service to the JCSE since 2009. The follow-on contract will secure a further five year period of performance, and include performance based options that could extend the term by up to an additional five years.
“We are delighted to have been selected to provide this critical capability to HQJOC,” Christine Zeitz, Managing Director of Leidos Australia, said. “Our team has provided stellar performance throughout the contract and have successfully and continually delivered customer value. We are looking forward to working with both the JCSE Project Office and Defence in the successful delivery of the JCSE Sustainment programme.”
