Company Takes Prime Position in $192 million Contract
CACI International has been awarded a prime position on a multiple-award IDIQ contract to provide training and curriculum development to the US Naval Education & Training Command (NETC.) The six-year contract has a ceiling value of US$192 million.
CACI will support Navy training and distance learning objectives, developing and delivering instructor-led learning and modular, scalable, interactive solutions for mobile and static devices. The company is committed to providing more efficient just-in-time training to prepare personnel and ensure mission readiness – it has already delivered “hundreds of hours of multimedia instruction” for DoD and government agencies, according to President and CEO Ken Asbury.
John Mengucci, CACI’s Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations, said, “CACI’s experts in curriculum design and instruction offer cost-effective training that can be delivered in a variety of settings and on multiple devices. We will provide the U.S. Navy with engaging, effective instruction that helps ensure our forces are prepared for the complexities of modern naval warfare.“
