Paves Way for €250 Million Group

Groupe Gorgé announced completion of its acquisition of iXblue on 29 September, paving the way for a closer integration with ECA Group, creating a global workforce of 1,500 and global revenues in the region of €250 million ($246 million). The resulting company will offer European technological expertise in robotics, maritime, navigation, aerospace and photonics.
