The International Air and Space Fair, FIDAE 2024, offers unlimited opportunities to all those companies that provide products and/or services, such as FBO (Fixed Based Operator), modulation, parking, transportation, accommodation, food, cleaning, fuel, and souvenirs, among others.
The importance of FIDAE’s Official Service Companies -which went through an exhaustive bidding process- is that they allow to quickly and efficiently guide and manage the requirements of the Organization, Exhibitors, Official Delegations, Trade and General Public, providing maximum customer satisfaction during the exhibition.
In the case of the FBO service supplied by AVIASUR, it provides a private air terminal for the domestic and international flights dispatching, in addition to managing immigration procedures, hotel reservations, passengers and crew transportation, parking, VIP lounge, catering, meeting rooms, service areas for crew, four hangars, among others.
To guide exhibitors, FIDAE has worked on a Guide of Service Companies (published in the Exhibitors section of the FIDAE website: GUÍA EMPRESAS DE SERVICIO – FIDAE) where all the companies contact information is available. These companies offer a personalized service, and the quality of their first-class products.
The guide was created to provide a list with information about the companies that will be part of FIDAE’s twenty-third edition, such as BCI bank, Espacio Gastronómico catering, Rock-it Global cargo logistics company; Sheraton Hotel; Led Food Truck food court, World Fuel Services; Ticketmaster ticket sales, N4N confectionery; souvenirs such as Comercial Baires, Comercial Darkus, Inversiones Henríquez, Myy Hobbys and TechnoPoints; and transportation such as Communicor Worldwide Limousine.
