Offering stronger, more powerful arm combined with minimal dimensions
Telerob Gesellschaft für Fernhantierungstechnik mbH has launched the latest member of the TELEMAX family – the TELEMAX HYBRID. The new EOD robot offers a stronger, more powerful arm combined with minimal dimensions. So the TELEMAX HYBRID can be used in built-up areas and confined spaces with an increased lifting capacity of up to 45 kg. The 4-track drive system reaches a top speed of 10 km/h.
Meanwhile, the TELEMAX family comprises five members: TELEMAX 4×4, TELEMAX PRO, TELEMAX PLUS, TELEMAX RECCE and TELEMAX HYBRID. Each of the EOD robots has its own characteristics and is tailored to a special field of application. Still all members offer the same wide range of tools, accessories and sensors. Other common features are Tool Center Point (TCP) control and automatic tool change.
“The development of our new EOD robot TELEMAX HYBRID is a further step in expanding the TELEMAX family and improving our offering to the unmanned systems market. And, above all, it is another milestone in meeting our major mission: Protecting people and their surroundings,” Thomas Biehne, Managing Director, says.
