Beltronic offers mobile rugged screens and rackable hardened screens that feature a waterproof housing (IP65) and can be used outdoors or in harsh environments such as industrial environment where the screen must be resistant to possible shocks and falls but also moisture, dust.
 
Beltronic offers two rugged displays: the RDU MOB Rugged Mobile On-Screen Display and the RDU-RACK Rackable Rackable Display, which are available in several sizes and resolutions. These screens have a waterproof chassis (IP 65) and comply with MIL STD 810F and MIL STD 461. These screens have been designed to withstand environments with high mechanical stress, humidity, dust. These hardened screens can be used as simple monitors or as a complete and independent work tool.

In all circumstances, these hardened screens will remain available. They also have the advantage of being very bright with a high contrast which allows use outdoors. The hardened mobile screens can be fixed on any support and can thus be used in vehicles, trains, planes and boats. The screen can also display a second external video source. These screens can operate from -20°C to + 60°C.
 
To certify the robustness of its products, Beltronic has put in place a test procedure to check whether the material sold resists shocks, vibrations, extreme temperatures, humidity, dust.
Hardened mobile and rackmount screens can be used in several industries, such as the industrial sector and the military sector.
