ESG and EMT Collaborate in Tactical UAS

Exploits Synergies for German Armed Forces and International Customers

On 1 October Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH (ESG) announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Ingenieurgesellschaft Dipl. Ing. Hartmut Euer mbH (EMT) to enhance collaboration between the two companies in the field of tactical UAS (TUAS).

The collaboration aims to combine the complementary portfolios and capacities of both companies as concrete projects that will showcase the key abilities of a national systems house for TUAS. The implementation of goal-oriented synergies will enable the needs of the German Federal Armed Forces and other customers to be met with greater efficiency and effectiveness across the board, from design to integration through to product support of TUAS and their mission and ground control systems.

We are looking forward to working closer with EMT in the future. Combining our competencies in this future-focused tech field means real value for our customers,” commented ESG’s Head of Defence & Public Security, Christoph Weber.

Wolfgang Brand, EMT: “I am convinced that this collaboration as equal partners will not only benefit customer focus and productivity in both our companies, but also be of significant advantage to our key customer, the German Federal Armed Forces. We will ensure this by harnessing the synergy potential of skills and capacities from our respective organisations,” added EMT Managing Director, Wolfgang Brand.
