Elettronica Spa (ELT Group) announced on 9 January that it completed the acquisition of Solynx Corporation, a high-tech procurement and technological scouting company based in Salem, New Hampshire (USA), in which it was already a shareholder.

The acquisition of Solynx is aimed to increase opportunities for ELT Group to identify new technology trends and turn them into an enrichment of its offerings to the market. In 2023 Solynx increased its order intake from €5 to €12 million, a growth also mirrored in the next budget.

For more than 70 years, ELT GROUP has been a world leader in electronic defence systems. Thanks to innovative electromagnetic spectrum management, achieved through proprietary and integrated technologies, The Group has a multi-domain approach covering cyber, space and biodefense.

Thanks to the experience gained by participating in major European defence programmes, including the Eurofighter Typhoon combat aircraft, the FREMM and PPA warships, ELT Group products are today present in more than 30 countries with over 3000 systems supplied.
