DSEI 2021 Preview: Peli-Hardigg 65-Year Legacy on Show

Flexible, Configurable, Fully-Engineered Solutions

PELI Products will be displaying its high-end Peli-Hardigg engineered case solutions at DSEI 2021, showing the result of 65 years’ experience in engineering customised cases for diverse military and aerospace requirements.

Peli-Hardigg roto-moulded cases can be fully customised to provide the best protection possible for even the most fragile equipment. Every customer benefits from the optimised global resources of a renowned injection and roto-moulded case leader’s capabilities, responding with speed and agility for a unique case solution or a thousand delivered worldwide. The company’s robust line of 500 case sizes proudly lives up to the harsh demands of the military, aerospace and other users. They have been tested in the field and in combat situations, used to protect and transport aircraft components and engines, underwater vehicles, all types of drones/UAS, weapons and missiles, satellites, robots, electronic equipment – an almost endless list. No matter the size and characteristics, Peli-Hardigg offers a solution to any need for safe transport in any type of mission-critical operation in which extreme protection is a must.

The advanced material used to build the LIGHT LIFT series cases makes them up to 30% lighter than traditional rotationally-moulded cases, which means considerable logistics savings with less manpower and resources required. The new case family is geared toward two- or four-man carry applications with a maximum 136kg gross payload (total of case and content weight). The series still offers the same protection and passes the same rigorous MIL-SPEC testing as traditional Peli-Hardigg rotationally-moulded cases. They feature popular ‘catch & strike’ hardware to tightly secure the lid and recessed handles to prevent shearing or snagging. Additional configurable hardware options include plastic or metal handles, airtight construction using PRV valves, edge casters, locking hardware and humidity indicators.

The range of cases continues to expand to cover almost any conceivable payload – though the dog is optional! (Photo: PELI International)
