Strong Emphasis on Unmanned Systems
IAI India Pvt Ltd, Israel Aerospace Industries’ (IAI) India-based subsidiary, will showcase a broad range of advanced technologies at DefExpo 2022 in Gujarat, 18-22 October, marking three decades of friendship and partnership between the two nations.
On display will be a wide array of aerial systems, including the Heron TP strategic MALE UAS and IAI’s most advanced UAS to date, the Heron Mk II. Also on show will be the WanderB VTOL UAS, developed by IAI subsidiary BlueBird Aero Systems, and the Mini Harpy tactical loitering munition. The Lora [long-range artillery] precision strike missile will showcase the company’s strike portfolio, while the Zibar and Carmel tactical vehicles will focus visitor attention on capabilities on the battlefield and behind it. The C4ISR portfolio will be illustrated with the Terra radar and the M19 and MOSP sensor payloads, among other solutions.
