Once fitted on the vehicle it minimises the effect of IED blast by firing rockets that negate the kinetic energy of the blast. This reduces the damage and minimises the trauma to the occupants. In the Indian context where large amount of casualties happen in the insurgency prone states due to IED blast. The technology will surely attract attention of the forces engaged in the Internal Security duties.

MKU has a state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing facility for electro-optical systems in India to comply with 2 JSS 55555 and MIL 8810G standards.
