Proactive Detection-Based Cyber Strategy

Elbit Systems subsidiary company Cyberbit has been awarded a contract by enterprise software solutions provider Infor for its Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) security platform.

Infor, which builds specific cloud-based solutions and has over 90,000 customers in 170 countries, selected Cyberbit, “for its significant experience, technical acumen and outstanding customer references,” according to the company and will use EDR to complement its detection capability in the, “increasingly complex environment of cyber threats.”

EDR uses a signature-less approach, proven to detect unknown threats that bypass antivirus and next-generation endpoint security platforms while minimising false positives. “Innovative IT organisations such as Infor’s are adapting this proactive detection-based strategy and I look forward to supporting their organisation,” said Stephen Thomas, VP Sales at Cyberbit.
