Controp’s A-DSMS system was successfully installed on various models of helicopters and fixed-wing light aircraft, and provides an outstanding price/performance solution for Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA).

The A-DSMS is a complete integrated solution specially designed for converting commercial rotary-wing and fixed-wing platforms into military, law enforcement and government aircraft for advanced EO/IR surveillance missions. These surveillance platforms are used for a variety of applications including Search and Rescue (SAR), firefighting, coastal/border surveillance, marine patrol, EEZ protection and more. The A-DSMS is offered with a variety of Controp’s EO/IR gyro-stabilized payloads and includes a full HD day camera. In addition, the A-DSMS provides an operator’s workstation with a display monitor, DVR, control unit, mission computer, moving map software, and video downlink.
“We recently successfully installed a system of this type for a customer in Africa for use in intelligence as well as SAR missions – and have implemented similar projects for a variety of clients and missions, with our solution having proven successful for several years,” Mr. Azani concludes.
