With range of proven capabilities and partnerships
BAE Systems will demonstrate a broad range of capabilities and partnerships at MSPO 2024, taking place at Targi Kielce from 3 to 6 September, 2024 (Hall F, stand 9). The Company’s equipment and services are in operation in more than 25 European nations, including Poland, playing a key role in delivering security as well as sustaining more than 100,000 jobs across the continent.
Oli Newman, Business Development Manager – Central & Eastern Europe, BAE Systems said: “As Poland’s proven defence partner we are well-positioned to help drive enhanced security and economic growth, and we look forward to discussing how we can collaborate further to meet the country’s evolving requirements. MSPO is a great opportunity to engage with civilian and military leaders as well as our industrial partners and we’re excited to showcase how our extensive, multi-domain portfolio can play a key role in Poland’s defence.”
The BAE Systems stand at MSPO 2024 will feature several ammunition solutions including 155mm ammunition, 3P ammunition, and Next Generation Adaptable Ammunition (NGAA). Poland’s industry could play a role in the future manufacture of ammunition, working with BAE Systems to meet both domestic and export demand.
The Company’s display will also feature models of the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV) and the M88 heavy recovery vehicle, which is already in service with the Polish Army. A model of the recently-unveiled TRIDON Mk2 ground-based air defence system will be exhibited in Poland for the first time, alongside models of the 57 Mk3 and the 40 Mk4 naval guns and T-150 uncrewed aerial system. BAE Systems employees will also be available to provide more information about Military GPS capabilities, opportunities for training – especially the OdySSEy single synthetic training environment – and support services across all domains.
As further evidence of the Company’s commitment to European defence, BAE Systems has established a presence in Kyiv to coordinate with local partners to support Ukraine’s defence and is now providing repair for some gifted equipment that was manufactured originally by the Company.
