Expanding From Demilitarisation Base

At AUSA 2018 in Washington 8-10 October EXPAL will illustrate to visitors the way in which it continues to expand into the North American market.

Having established EXPAL USA in Dallas, TX in 2011 as a demilitarisation partner to the US Army, the company has now expanded its activities into other áreas of energetic materials and now has state-of-the-art facilities in Texarkana, TX and a Research and development centre at Camp Minden, LA.

Recently, the company entered the final stage of the certification process to become the second source for 2.75in/70mm rocket motor propellants, following an international tender launched in 2014 by Naval Sea Systems Command.

As a global expert in ammunition and explosives, EXPAL will use the AUSA event to showcase its wide portfolio of products, systems and services for air, land and sea, emphasizing its latest developments in engineering equipment and electronic proximity fuzes.
