TALIN System Adds New Platform to Customer Base

The British Army’s AJAX armoured fighting vehicles are to be equipped with Honeywell’s TALIN inertial land navigation technology. TALIN is a battle-tested navigation solution that can improve mission success in difficult terrain by providing operators with a lightweight, highly accurate laser guidance system.

Featuring three-axis inertial sensors and weighing less than 6kg, TALIN is in operational use on military and commercial platforms worldwide. It is easily installed and can be mounted in a number of ways. It is smaller and lighter than other available navigation solutions and offers more reliable performance.
