An Embraer Group company brings integrated technologies that deliver operational superiority and mission-critical security
Atech, part of the Embraer Group, has confirmed its participation in DSEI (Defence and Security Equipment International), to be held in London from September 9 to 12, 2025. The company will be present at ABIMDE stand N10-240 – North Halls, alongside other leading representatives of Brazil’s Defense Industrial Base.
Atech’s technologies are designed to ensure operational superiority and enhance the security of military missions, from planning through to debriefing. At the exhibition, Atech will feature its Arkhe portfolio: a comprehensive suite that integrates systems, command and control, embedded solutions, cybersecurity, integrated surveillance, simulation and training, as well as air traffic management and public security solutions.
What sets the company apart is its expertise in integrating both new and legacy systems, ensuring usability, scalability, and reliable support for operations that demand real-time strategic decisions across land, sea, air, and cyberspace. Capabilities include protecting and optimizing data and communications, processing large volumes of information, and anticipating threats through the collection, analysis, and dissemination of critical data.
With a strong presence in the defense sector, Atech applies advanced technology to strategic Brazilian programs and operates surveillance systems in North Africa, as well as air traffic management systems in Brazil and India. Expanding internationally, the company recently inaugurated its first European office, in Portugal.
Defense, public security, and cybersecurity
Among the solutions developed to strengthen sovereignty, safeguard critical infrastructure, and modernize defense and security capabilities, Atech highlights:
Brazilian Navy – Participation in the Tamandaré Class Frigates Program (PFCT), developing and integrating the Combat Management System (CMS) and the Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS). At LABGENE (Nuclear Power Generation Laboratory), Atech designs and integrates monitoring, control, and protection systems, acting as the primary provider of I&C (Instrumentation and Control). The company also contributes to the H-XBR (Super Cougar) Program with a Naval Tactical Data Management System.
Brazilian Air Force – Delivery of solutions supporting aerospace defense modernization, including Gripen fighters, E-99M Airborne Early Warning aircraft, and related embedded and ground systems. Contributions include the development and enhancement of DACOM (Air Defense and Operational Military Air Traffic), the central Command and Control (C2) system for aerospace defense. Atech is also responsible for the development and continuous evolution of Brazil’s main Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems, in partnership with DECEA (Airspace Control Department).
Public Security – Development of technologies supporting urban surveillance and public security, such as anti-drone systems. Arkhe GDI (Incident Management) delivers a real-time, comprehensive operational picture, enhancing decision-making in critical situations. The portfolio also includes Arkhe Data Analysis, which leverages Big Data & Analytics for intelligence and information processing, and Arkhe Athena, an integrated cybersecurity platform for protecting applications and network infrastructure.
Cybersecurity – Atech regularly takes part in Locked Shields, the world’s largest international cyber defense exercise, organized by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE). This participation strengthens Atech’s ability to design cybersecurity solutions aligned with the needs of partners worldwide.
