New configurations of the ÇAKA RWS Systems with Anti-Tank CAPABILITY;

ÇAKA 30 AT. (FNSS)

ÇAKA 30/AT-O & ÇAKA AT-K Anti-Tank Guided Missile System RCT to be showcased at IDEF 2025

Amphibious armoured combat vehicles provide a critical link between land and naval forces in addition to enabling the safe landing of units during amphibious operations. The armoured amphibious assault vehicles also serve as armoured personnel carriers after reaching the shore. During the amphibious assault phase of an operation, these vehicles are launched from Landing Helicopter Dock (LHD) and rapidly cover the distance between the vessel and shore, allowing forces to land under protection and with minimum delay thank to their high manoeuvrability and rapid deployment capabilities. Once on land, these vehicles can continue taking part in operations side-by-side with other armoured vehicles. As vehicles with a dual role due to their mission requirements, armoured amphibious assault vehicles need to exhibit superior performance both at sea and on land. Amphibious land vehicles have become a strategic force multiplier, particularly in island scenarios or challenging coastal terrains that are difficult to access.

Developed by FNSS, the Marine Assault Vehicle (MAV) delivered to Turkish Naval Forces in 2023 with different configurations such as personnel carrier and command control, equipped with the FNSS designed and manufactured ÇAKA Remote Controlled Weapon Station (RCWS) Systems. The ÇAKA RCWS is power operated and armed with a 12.7mm MG (.50 Cal) and a 40mm AGL (Automatic Grenade Launcher).

The ÇAKA RCWS Family, provide significant tactical advantages with its; water resistance structure, light weight, better protection for the gunner, target acquisition, automatic target tracking, stabilisation, reliability, accuracy and increased usable volume inside the vehicle.

The new member of the „ÇAKA RCWS“ Family, ÇAKA 30/AT-O RCWS, has been designed and manufactured to withstand maritime conditions. The turret is equipped with the CANiK VENOM LR 30 mm automatic cannon, which provides high firepower, impressive performance, and low recoil.

The ÇAKA 30/AT-O turret also includes two ready-to-fire Long Range Anti-Tank Guided Missiles. The turret can be fitted with various anti-tank missile systems, supported with an on-board fire control system based on user requirements. This capability enables diversified threat engagements with an effective range beyond 4km’s.

Another member of the ÇAKA Turret Family, the ÇAKA AT-K configuration, will also be showcased at the FNSS stand at IDEF 2025. ÇAKA AT-K is equipped with the CANiK M2 QCB 12.7mm Machine Gun and two Short-Range Anti-Tank Guided Missile System.

Both ÇAKA 30/AT-O and CAKA AT-K can be easily integrated into wheeled and tracked land vehicles, as well as light naval vessels like coast guard ships and assault boats, to meet the demand for lighter weight and greater firepower.
