Strong Candidate for Bulgarian IFV Requirement
Otokar will focus the attention of visitors to its stand at HEMUS 2022 in Plovdiv, 1-4 June, on its ARMA 8×8 IFV. The company is eyeing Bulgaria’s combat vehicle requirement, for which it considers ARMA an ideal candidate.
The vehicle offers superior mobility, high levels of mine and ballistic protection, and options for integrating medium- and large-calibre weapon systems. Offering advanced tactical and technical features, ARMA is competent to confront the challenges of modern battlefield, peace-keeping and humanitarian aid operations, in the most demanding terrain and climatic conditions.
The ARMA 8×8 is especially noteworthy for its high payload capacity and large interior volume. It can be equipped with a variety of weapon stations and manned/unmanned turrets, according to specific operator needs. The ARMA 8×8 can be used for multiple missions – such as surveillance, recovery, APC, armoured combat vehicle, C2 vehicle, reconnaissance, and CBRN reconnaissance vehicle.
